Marky Seaman "Marky C"  has a theater performance degree from UCSD and has been singing professionally since 1992. In 2005 Mark joined 80s band The Reaganomicsand brought the band to amazing success. Nominated 3 years in a row for Best Cover Band by the San Diego Music Awards, he traveled the U.S. for weddings and corporate events. In 2008, Markformed Freeze Frame and within weeks began performing again at well known clubs throughout San Diego. After an eight year hiatus, Marky C resurrected with The 80s Underground, ready to bring to new life to 80s songs from his high school days that he doesn't want anyone to forget!

Dana holds a Theatre Arts degree from UC Santa Cruz. She trained at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England, where she studied with Sir Patrick Stewart and Fiona Shaw, as well as other seasoned actors. This judge attended the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts, majoring in musical theatre. She is a talented singer/songwriter, who toured, promoting her record, "A Life in the Day", she has performed in various cover bands, most notably 80s bands, such as 80s And Gentlemen, Freeze Frame , and The Reaganomics (crowned Best Cover Band by the San Diego Music Awards for 3 years running). Dana loves sharing her passion and experience as a performing artist with the next generation of upcoming actors and musicians!

Gary Robbins has been a journalist for more than 50 years and currently covers science and higher education for The San Diego Union-Tribune. He joined the paper in April 2010 after working for 25 years at The Orange County Register, where he was science editor. Robbins was born and raised in Maine and attended Northeastern University in Boston, graduating in 1978. He served as a Knight Science Journalism Fellow at MIT during the 2000-01 academic year and a science writing fellow at the Marine Biological Laboratory at Woods Hole, Mass. He is a self-proclaimed music nut and has seen more bands in
countless performance venues
than he can remember.

Kirk is a dynamic lead vocalist and charismatic frontman who has been a mainstay of the San Diego music community for over 30 years. His versatility shines through an impressive career spanning funk, jazz, swing, disco, rock, pop, and even Gregorian chant. Kirk has performed extensively throughout North America and Canada. For the past 17 years, Kirk has been a founding member and a driving force behind the incredible 80's tribute band BETAMAXX, captivating audiences with boundless energy,
intensity, and remarkable vocal depth. His commitment to musical excellence and his
vibrant stage presence are just a few defining aspects of his celebrated career.
